• Put the deserving servants of God, both pastors and evangelists, under proper short term Theological and Leadership Courses, so that they may qualify themselves and build up confidence in their minds to work more joyfully in their respective God given spiritual platforms for Great Commission.
• Ordain them under Episcopal authority and empower them in their spiritual duties as per the Christian Rights and Customs to carry out Child Dedication, Baptism, Christian Marriages as per Indian Christian Marriage Act 1872, Burial of dead and other spiritual needs to their congregations.
• Call them for monthly Fellowship gathering, pray for their needs, counsel them, support them and delegate responsibilities to them to expand the tent of the CMDI.
• Equipping them to focus not only on religious activities but on charitable and social activities also with more love and compassion.
• Special care on rural servants of God, provide the required supports in all possible ways.

Proposed activities

• Join our hands with the State and Central Governments to implement various social welfare schemes.
• Establish our own centre for the diocese in Chennai for its effective multi level spiritual and social activities.
• Form Mobile Evangelical Teams to reach the unreached in any part of the country for His Great Commission.
• Build up new churches and social centres in rural areas to offer timely services to the rural society.
• Establish destitute homes for children and old aged.
• Form a multi specialty hospital with all life saving equipments and medicines to save the lives of the rural people in time when such need occurs.
• Set up Educational institutions keeping in mind the rural society to make them an educated society.
